Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact Captain Bruce Robertson at least 24 hours before the start time of your charter. Booking a charter on the same day may be possible by contacting Bruce by phone but is not allowed using the web site. Charters cancelled for the convenience of Guests are entitled to a refund of the charter fee less 10% administrative costs. Charters canceled for lightning, heavy rain or Captain Bruce's being unavailable are entitled to a full refund.
